Our family had a great time staying in this hotel close to the river. the location was perfect for our trips and we felt safe walking around town. the friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one, and the breakfast was decent. the pool area was well-maintained and offered a nice respite from the heat. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the view from our window.
The lack of hot water was disappointing.

the staff that I interacted with were friendly and quite helpful. The location of the hotel was also good, with the river just a few blocks away, making it easy to explore the city.
the breakfast was not up to par and I ended up skipping it altogether. the internet connection was poor, and I found it difficult to connect to cellular networks in the area.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a great time! Enjoyed the delicious food and drinks offered during the holiday season. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the river and other key attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area where we spent most of our time.
The only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was a bit of a shock to step under the cold water, but we got used to it after a few minutes.

The location is great, very close to the port which makes it convenient for exploring the nearby river. The room was clean and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel also had a nice pool area where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The communication among the staff was lacking, which caused some confusion during check out.
